The hotel is set in a great location right by the beach and a lovely walk into Dymchurch along the prom bus stop right outside the park as well as the park. Also, you can walk to Dymchurch Redoubt Fortification in about 15 minutes.

Stayed here for 7 nights and did not want to leave. the hotel was in an excellent location, in the middle of the city. Right by a lovely walk into Dymchurch along the prom bus stop. Rewritten Review: I stayed at this hotel for a week and I didn't want to leave. the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was also conveniently situated near a charming walkway leading to Dymchurch, and there was a bus stop right outside.

Bus stop right outside the park, Dymchurch and the park. Rewritten: We had a fantastic 4-night stay and loved the central location of the accommodation in the city. It was amazing being so close to the beach and enjoying the beautiful walk into Dymchurch along the promenade. Plus, the convenience of having a bus stop right outside the park made exploring Dymchurch and surrounding areas a breeze.

The caravan was incredibly clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing break. The location was great, just a short drive from the charming town of Hythe and the beach. The caravan was well-equipped, even allowing me to cook a full Christmas dinner. The two bathrooms with showers were very convenient. I also appreciated the extra touches like the Xbox, DVDs, and books provided. The communication with the owner was excellent, and the WiFi was reliable. Being able to park right next to the caravan was a plus. I highly recommend The Beaches - New Beach for a mini break by the beach.
While the road noise was noticeable at times, it didn't bother me too much. It would have been nice to have a washing machine in the caravan, but there is a laundry facility on site.

The caravan at the Beaches - New Beach in Dymchurch is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is well equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and entertainment options like an Xbox and DVDs. the two bathrooms, both with showers, were very convenient. the park itself is well maintained and the location is great, with a short drive to the town of Hythe and its pubs, restaurants, and beach promenade.
Felt just like home, no complaints.

Great location near the beach, spacious and comfortable rooms with en suite bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and a helpful host who provided a high chair. Free amenities like Xbox, DVDs, board games, and books. Close to the town center and a nice pub. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for a mini break.
